Crest Point is a sales and marketing company based in London working with established brands across the UK. We are expanding and looking to bring on a Graduate Management Trainee who is ambitious, driven and serious about building a career in sales and marketing.

This is a hands-on role from day one. You will be out there, meeting real people, representing real brands and learning what it actually takes to build a career in sales and marketing. You will be trained directly by people who have been in your position and worked their way up, so you are getting real knowledge from people who know the role inside out.

What the role involves

• Working as part of a team to deliver promotional campaigns and brand activity on behalf of our clients.
• You will be engaging with customers, hitting targets and developing your leadership skills as you progress through the programme.
• Growth here is performance-based — the people who put in the work move up fast.

What we are looking for

• Someone competitive and ambitious who gets excited about hitting targets and building something.
• You thrive in a people-focused environment, you are a strong communicator and you want to be part of a team that pushes each other to be better.
• A background in hospitality, retail, sport or anything customer-facing is a bonus but not essential.
