Are you an experienced Management Accountant available at short notice and ready to make an immediate impact?

We’re recruiting for a 3-month temporary Management Accountant role based in Cannock, offering a salary of £40,000–£45,000. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy finance team and provide key support during a period of increased workload.

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting business decisions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, delivering timely insights and maintaining strong financial controls.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing monthly management accounts and variance analysis
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Reconciling balance sheet accounts and maintaining accurate records
• Analysing financial performance and providing commentary to stakeholders
• Assisting with month-end and year-end processes
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can quickly get up to speed, adding value from day one.

• Has proven experience in a Management Accountant role
• Is part-qualified, qualified, or qualified by experience
• Has strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Is confident working with senior stakeholders
• Can manage workloads effectively and meet tight deadlines
• Is available to start at short notice or immediately
