Position/Title: Implementation Engineering Lead

We are seeking an Implementation Engineering Lead to help transform how Quoreka delivers software solutions to global commodity trading clients. This is a highly strategic, client-facing role that sits at the intersection of technology, implementation delivery, customer partnership, product feedback, deployment modernization, and AI-driven operational improvement. You will work directly with executive stakeholders, traders, operations teams, risk managers, and client IT organizations to design, deploy, customize, and optimize complex trading and risk management solutions. Internally, you will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Services, Support, and executive leadership to modernize deployment methodologies, improve scalability, accelerate delivery timelines, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary technical engagement lead for enterprise commodity trading clients
• Build strong relationships with executive sponsors, business stakeholders, trading teams, operations teams, and IT leadership
• Learn and evaluate existing deployment, customization, and support methodologies
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline implementation workflows
• Introduce scalable approaches leveraging scripting, AI, automation, and modern deployment tooling
• Translate complex business workflows into scalable technical solutions
• Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and solution design discussions
• Design integrations, workflows, data flows, and client-specific technical architectures
• Coordinate implementation roadmaps, deployment timelines, and delivery milestones
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer-driven product feedback and enhancement recommendations
• Oversee testing cycles, UAT coordination, production readiness, and go-live execution
• Ensure successful customer adoption and knowledge transfer

Experience & Skillsets
Must Haves

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, technical consulting, solutions engineering, or client delivery leadership
• Strong technical foundation with experience in Python, Java, C#, or C++
• Strong understanding of SQL, relational databases, and data validation workflows
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead complex customer engagements across technical and business audiences
• Strong project leadership and organizational skills
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, evolving environments
• Ability to work cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Services, and Support organizations

Good to Have

• ERP or enterprise systems integration experience
• Experience with automation tooling and deployment scripting
• Exposure to AI-enabled operational workflows
• Commodity trading, risk management, or energy trading experience
• CTRM or ETRM platform experience
