Lab Support Coordinator Job at London Full Time NEW

Talentmark are recruiting for a Lab Support Coordinator to join a company in the diagnostics industry on a contract basis for 12 months.
 
Salary:
Paying £200-£230 per day PAYE, or £265-£305 Umbrella.
 
Lab Support Coordinator Role:

User support functions: including installation and support on our systems.
customer training.
troubleshooting, sales and customer support.
software modifications and product maintenance.
assistance with tender responses and product demonstrations.

Your Background:

Biochemistry / pathology background.
Thorough understanding of IVD industry.
Have experience of support of pathology lab solutions.
Troubleshooting / technical service cover for lab instruments – mostly biochemistry.
Excellent customer facing skills.
