This permanent position, starting in September 2026, offers the opportunity to teach within a well-established and supportive EYFS setting. The role is ideal for both experienced teachers and ambitious ECTs seeking to develop their practice within a structured, nurturing environment that values professional growth and collaboration.
This school consistently achieves exceptional Early Years outcomes, with over 80% of pupils reaching a Good Level of Development — significantly above national averages. Early reading is a particular strength, with Year 1 Phonics Screening results regularly surpassing national benchmarks.
The Reception provision is thoughtfully designed, combining high-quality direct teaching with purposeful continuous provision and clear progression into Key Stage 1. This well-balanced approach ensures that children develop strong foundations academically, socially, and emotionally, preparing them exceptionally well for future learning.
