We’re looking for a confident and delivery-focused Product Owner to help shape key School Management & Administration capabilities within a platform used by schools every day.

This role will focus on products that support the operational heart of schools, including areas such as student administration, registration, HR and core school workflows.

In this role, you’ll:
✨ Own and shape key product areas across school operations
✨ Translate customer and business needs into clear product priorities
✨ Manage and refine product backlogs
✨ Work closely with Engineering teams through discovery, build and release
✨ Use customer feedback and insight to guide product decisions
✨ Support the delivery of intuitive, high-value user experiences

We’re looking for someone with:
✔️ Product Owner or related product experience within SaaS/software
✔️ Experience managing backlogs and prioritising delivery
✔️ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
✔️ Experience working closely with Engineering teams
✔️ A proactive, user-focused mindset

Bonus points for:
📚 EdTech or school software experience
🏫 Knowledge of school or operational workflows
💡 Experience with administration-focused or multi-user SaaS products
