Employment Solicitor
Location: London City – hybrid, 3 days office / 2 days home
Salary: £90-150K plus bonus and excellent benefits package

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value, high-profile and sensitive employment and partnership matters , advising employers, firms, employees, partners, directors and senior executives.
Key Requirements
• 4+ years’ PQE in employment law, partnership law or related disputes
• Experience gained within a top-tier employment or partnership law firm
• Strong contentious employment law background
• Experience with complex matters involving whistleblowing, discrimination, team moves or partnership disputes
• Strong litigation, negotiation and ADR skills
• Understanding of financial services or professional services clients
• Excellent communication, judgement and client relationship skills
• Interest in business development, mentoring and long-term progression
Role & Responsibilities
• Advising on complex employment and partnership disputes
• Managing high-profile and sensitive client matters
• Supporting negotiations, dispute resolution and tribunal or court proceedings
• Working with sophisticated clients across financial and professional services
• Building client relationships and supporting business development
• Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to team growth
