We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Product Developer to support cross-category product development across branded and customer portfolios.This is more than a job — it’s your chance to play a key role in bringing new food ideas to life, working from concept through to launch in a fast-paced FMCG environment.Support and deliver product development from concept through to launchManage critical paths and development trackersWork cross-functionally with Technical, Process, Commercial and Brand teamsYou’ll be joining a team where curiosity, collaboration and fresh thinking are encouraged every day.
We’re looking for someone with a genuine passion for food and a desire to grow their career in product development.
Experience in product development within an FMCG environment (ideally chilled food)Food-related degreeAround 1 year’s experience in a retail or FMCG product development roleUnderstanding of the product launch process (ideally within FMCG)Good planning, organisation and project management skillsIT proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)Commercial awareness and analytical thinkingBasic understanding of UK and European food regulations
