Your Role as a Room Leader
As a Room Leader, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the experiences of our little learners. Here’s what you’ll do:
Lead: Inspire your nursery team with enthusiasm and creativity
Support: Foster children’s development and maintain positive relationships with families
Plan: Fun, educational activities that spark curiosity and growth
Ensure: The highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene

Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage—ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner?Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to inspire and support your team?A passion for fostering children’s development and creating positive relationships with families?
