Food & Beverage Supervisor . The purpose of this role is to assist in the daily running of the F&B department, ensuring that all M&C procedures and targets are met.

Key responsibilities as a

Food & Beverage Supervisor:

Supervise the daily operation of restaurant, bar, room service, and event service areasEnsure smooth and efficient service delivery across all F&B outlets such as bar, restaurant and shishaLead, motivate, and support the Food & Beverage team to maintain exceptional guest satisfactionWelcome and engage with guests in a warm, professional, and courteous mannerHandle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionallyAssist with the coordination and execution of private events, banqueting, and special functionsMonitor staffing levels and support rota planning to ensure operational coverageSupport onboarding and training of new team membersMaintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene in line with HACCP regulationsEnsure compliance with hotel policies, health & safety procedures, and brand standardsAssist with stock control, inventory management, and minimising wastageSupport accurate billing, cash handling, and payment procedures, including use of MICROS systemsWork closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless communication and serviceRespond calmly and effectively to operational challenges and emergency situationsAs a

Food & Beverage Supervisor, the essential skills required:

Minimum 3 years’ experience within Food & Beverage operations, preferably within hotels or luxury hospitalityPrevious supervisory or team leadership experienceStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsA genuine passion for hospitality and guest serviceExcellent organisational skills with strong attention to detailAbility to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environmentExperience with POS systems, ideally MICROSFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidaysStrong knowledge of food & beverage service standards and health & safety regulationsA positive, professional, and team-oriented attitudePhysical demands such as being on the feet for long periods of time and manual handlingAbout the Hotel
