Care Home Manager Full-time | Permanent Competitive Salary Bonus Benefits An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Care Home Manager to join a well-established care provider. This role is being advertised on behalf of our client, who is seeking a dedicated and commercially aware leader to oversee the successful operation of their care home. As Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining compliance and achieving strong operational performance.
Operating within a regulated environment, you will be required to have a thorough understanding of CQC standards and all relevant legislation. You will also play a key role in maintaining occupancy levels and achieving financial targets. You will benefit from strong support both internally and externally, including Operations and Central teams, as well as an established in-home team consisting of a Deputy Manager, Administrator, and Hospitality and Housekeeping teams.
