• 5+ years of experience as a Tech Leader
• 2+ years of experience managing multiple teams
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (Java, C#/C++, Ruby, etc.)
• Polyglot full-stack developer mindset, eager to learn and continuously improve
• A collaborative approach to teamwork with a passion for creating positive impact 🌍
