We’re urgently hiring 3 Tech Leads to join a core API Platform Team, owning the technical direction of a scalable, API-first platform as the business migrates away from legacy systems.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
🔹 Leading the API Platform technical direction
🔹 Driving migration from legacy systems to API-first architecture
🔹 Writing high-quality, production code
🔹 Defining API standards (design, versioning, security)
🔹 Line managing & mentoring 4 engineers
🔹 Partnering closely with Product & QA
🧠 What We’re Looking For
✔️ Experience as a Tech Lead / Senior Engineer
✔️ Strong API & backend engineering experience
✔️ Excellent object-oriented design skills
✔️ Full-stack experience in production systems
✔️ Comfortable leading people & technical decisions
✨ Nice to have: legacy migration, Kubernetes, high-throughput systems, regulated domains
