We are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional
7.5T Driver
to join our client’s team based in
Croydon.
The rate of pay is
£33,737
per annum, plus bonus.
This is a
full-time
role working fixed shifts and the hours of work are:- 6:45am to 4:15pm
Your Time at Work
As a 7.5T Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and safe deliveries to our customers, while representing our company to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
– Driving a 7.5-tonne vehicle to deliver goods across regional routes- Loading and unloading goods safely- Ensuring all deliveries are completed on time and in full- Completing delivery paperwork and using handheld scanners- Performing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects- Maintaining compliance with health & safety and driving regulations- Providing excellent customer service on delivery
Our Perfect Worker
Requirements:
– Valid UK Category C1 (7.5T) driving licence- Driver CPC qualification and Digi Tacho card- No more than 6 penalty points (no DR, DD or IN convictions)- Physically fit – some manual handling will be required- Good communication and time management skills- Previous 7.5T driving experience essential- Knowledge of the local area
