Some of the best sales seats right now are at small, fast-moving software companies where the pipeline is already live and the only thing missing is people to close it.
This is one of them.
Our client is an early-stage US software company with a sales-intelligence product and strong, growing inbound demand. The team is small, the pace is high, and they are ready to scale the sales side.
They are hiring two Account Executives to run the sales cycle end to end. This is an inbound-led role: a dedicated SDR team books the meetings, and you take it from first demo to closed deal.
The job, day to day:
🔹 Run product demos solo and make the platform land with prospects
🔹 Convert a steady flow of inbound leads into closed deals
🔹 Qualify hard and manage multi-call sales cycles
🔹 Own your pipeline, your forecast and your number
🔹 Feed what you learn on calls back to a small, fast-moving team
What we need from you:
✅ Some closing experience as an AE, or a strong track record as a senior SDR
✅ Genuinely strong at running demos on your own, with confidence and clarity
✅ Comfortable converting warm inbound rather than only cold outbound
✅ Experienced and self-disciplined working fully remote
✅ Able to work East Coast US hours sustainably, long term
