In this role, you will be managing sophisticated, end-to-end sales cycles for high-value inbound leads. Manage the full-cycle sales process for inbound leads, moving from initial discovery to contract execution. Conduct high-impact product demos tailored to the specific needs of HR Directors, CFOs, and C-Suite executives. Partner with our Customer Success team to ensure a seamless handover, uninterrupted onboarding and a strong user activation. Ability to articulate complex financial and tax-based solutions (salary sacrifice) in a simple, compelling way. Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders. Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, or SPIN) is highly desirable.
