Juice Recruitment is supporting a forward thinking professional services firm is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join its friendly and supportive finance team. DAY TO DAY:
- Processing payments and receipts through client accounts
- Managing transactions using online banking systems
- Completing bank reconciliations accurately and efficiently
- Supporting colleagues with accounting related queries
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting regulations and procedures
- Liaising with banking providers regarding account queries
- Resolving supplier payment issues and discrepancies
- Supporting the Accounts Manager with day-to-day finance activities
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
