Accounts Assistant, Frimley, to £30k + Hybrid
Are you looking for a varied Accounts Payable / Accounts Assistant type role working in a supportive Finance team environment?
The job
You’ll support day-to-day finance operations across accounts payable, cash allocation, and banking, including:
- Accounts Payable Invoice processing
- Resolving queries with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Vendor statement reconciliations and goods in / invoice receipt account maintenance
- Cash allocation and bank reconciliations in SAP
- Supporting expenses, payments (BACS/foreign), and direct debits
- Assisting with blocked orders and maintaining accurate records
About You
- Proactive, organised, and confident communicator
- Strong attention to detail with a hands-on approach
- Good Excel skills (pivots, lookups)
- SAP experience beneficial
- Team player with ambition to grow
- Current / recent previous AP / Accounts Assistant experience
