Accounts Receivable Clerk – Hounslow (Onsite) – Permanent – Up to £35,000

IN2 Consult has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to work with a market leading client of ours based in Hounslow on a permanent basis. The role is 5 days onsite.

The duties of the Accounts Receivable Clerk will include:

• Processing high volumes of sales invoices
• Reconciling customer statements
• Cash allocation
• Collecting outstanding invoices
• Reconciling bank accounts

Person Specification

• Essential

  • Previous experience in an accounts receivable / credit control
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data manipulation
  • Experience working with accounting software (e.g. Sage, Xero, SAP, or similar)
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines
  • A professional and proactive approach to resolving customer queries
