Accounts Receiveable / Billing Specialist (NetSuite, Salesforce & Zone Billing)

6-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Remote | London Preferred

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly growing global SaaS organisation undergoing significant expansion and investment within its Finance Operations function.

We are seeking two experienced Accounts Receivable / Billing professionals to support a newly established Billing & Collections team. This is an excellent opportunity to join during a period of transformation, helping to shape processes and contribute to the next phase of growth.

The Opportunity:

• Work closely with an experienced Senior Manager who is building and developing a high-performing Billing & Collections function

Key Requirements:

• Strong Billings and Accounts receivable experience
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce
• Experience managing billing processes across multiple entities

Ideal Background:

• SaaS, Software or Subscription-based business experience
• Previous experience using Zone Billing
• Exposure to usage-based billing, subscription billing, or both
• Comfortable operating within fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Strong attention to detail with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Exposure to European and USA entities

Location:

• Fully remote position
• Preference for candidates based in or around London for occasional collaboration if required

Contract:

• 6-month Fixed-Term Contract
• Immediate interviews available
