This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step into a hands-on leadership role within a high-performing Accounts Receivable team. You’ll take ownership of team performance, drive cash collection, and play a key role in strengthening processes, controls, and stakeholder relationships.

Description
This is a varied and visible role where no two days are the same. You’ll be trusted to lead from the front and make a real impact.
- Lead, support, and develop a team of Accounts Receivable Advisors, creating a positive and high-performing environment
- Drive cash collection performance, reducing aged debt and improving overall cash flow
- Act as the go-to person for resolving complex queries and escalations
- Own key reporting and period-end activity, ensuring deadlines are met and insights are clear
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business, building strong relationships and influencing outcomes
- Keep a close eye on KPIs, spotting risks early and taking action
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes, efficiency, and controls
- Support training and development across the team, helping individuals grow and succeed

Profile
What you will bring :
- Experience leading or supervising a credit control or AR team
- A strong understanding of the end-to-end receivables process
- Confidence managing stakeholders and handling challenging conversations
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or similar is beneficial)
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- A genuine interest in developing others and improving team performance
