ADHD and Autism (Dual Assessor) for Children

The role involves delivering high‑quality dual autism and ADHD neurodevelopmental assessments for children, using our proprietary software and AI tools to streamline data collection and documentation. The assessor works within a multidisciplinary team, follows NICE guidance, supports prescribing, and participates in continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver admissions and multi‑disciplinary assessments of dual autism and ADHD for children.
• Act in accordance with the Safeguarding Policy, including conducting risk assessments where necessary.
• Maintain mandatory training, CPD, and professional registration requirements.
• Collaborate with the Paloma team to refine software tools and processes for safety and efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• Registered nurse, speech and language therapist, occupational therapist, social worker, or practitioner psychologist with relevant professional registration.
• At least 1 year of experience delivering dual autism and ADHD assessments for children.
• Strong understanding of typical development, co‑occurring conditions, and cultural factors.
• Proficient in presenting client‑centred findings.
• Demonstrated time‑management and communication skills for caseload management.
• Current enhanced DBS check (or appropriate).
• Experience with risk assessment and safeguarding training Level 3 or above.
