The Assistant Accountant will support the Accounting & Finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role requires strong analytical skills and an eye for detail to manage financial data effectively

Description
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers and reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes.
- Support the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
- Monitor and analyse financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to improve financial processes and systems.
- Provide support during audits and liaise with auditors when required.
Profile
A successful Assistant Accountant should have:
- A strong foundation in accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working Industry
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Part-Qualified ACCA accountant
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from £36,000 to £42,000 per annum.
- Pension scheme with 3% employee contribution and 5% employer contribution.
