Role Description
This is a freelance role conducted remotely. The teacher will conduct tailored English language lessons focusing on business-specific communication skills such as professional writing, presentations, negotiations, networking, and meeting facilitation. Responsibilities include assessing individual learning needs, designing lesson plans, providing targeted feedback, and tracking progress. Collaboration with clients to ensure lessons align with their professional scenarios and goals is key to this role.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in English Teaching and Business English instruction
- Strong skills in English grammar and effective communication
- Experience in Teaching and delivering targeted language coaching
- Ability to understand the unique communication needs of professionals in various industries
- Qualification to teach English as a second language (TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is preferred)
- Experience in coaching professionals in business settings is a plus
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a diverse clientele
