Join a leading biopharmaceutical company as a Business Insights Manager , playing a pivotal role in shaping data-driven decisions within Oncology. As a Business Insights Manager , you will be part of the UK Oncology Insights & Analytics team, delivering high-quality analysis and insights to support performance and strategy within the Breast Cancer space. You will combine epidemiology-based forecasting, market analysis, and research to generate actionable insights that drive competitive advantage and business impact. Location: London (hybrid – three times per week on-site) Contract Length: 6 months (with visibility to extend) Deliver robust epidemiology-based demand forecasts using multiple data sources to support strategic and financial planning. Generate actionable insights across patients, customers, NHS stakeholders, and therapy areas to inform business decisions. Design and execute market research projects to enhance understanding of the market and support brand strategy. Analyse performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, translating findings into clear recommendations. Proactively identify gaps, blind spots, and opportunities through data-driven insight generation. Ensure all activities are conducted in line with company SOPs and compliance standards. Experience in analytics, insights, or data-driven roles within the pharmaceutical industry. Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Proven ability to synthesise complex datasets (including market research and performance data) into actionable insights. Experience working with senior stakeholders in a complex business environment.
