Business Performance Accountant | ISS UK & Ireland At ISS, finance is about far more than reporting numbers. We’re looking for a Business Performance Accountant to join our UK&I Controlling team, supporting some of the UK’s largest workplace and facility management contracts. This is a highly visible role where you’ll partner with Finance Business Partners, Operational Leaders and Key Account Directors to drive performance, improve profitability and support strategic decision-making. If you enjoy getting under the skin of a business, understanding what drives performance and influencing stakeholders through meaningful financial insight, this is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact. Act as the key link between Finance, Operations and our Finance Service Centre, influencing performance across multiple contracts and business units Play a central role in month-end reporting, forecasting, balance sheet control and financial performance reviews Deliver insightful variance analysis and performance reporting that supports better business decisions Help shape continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes, controls and reporting Gain exposure to senior stakeholders and customer-facing business reviews Join a collaborative finance function that is evolving and driving positive change across the business Be part of a global organisation where finance is a true business partner rather than a back-office function Is ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience Enjoys business partnering and building strong stakeholder relationships Has strong analytical skills and can turn data into meaningful insights Wants to combine financial control with commercial influence This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to move beyond traditional accounting and into a role where they can genuinely influence business performance, support operational decision-making and contribute to the continued success of ISS.
