About the Role Working autonomously across the South West region (EX areas), you will deliver high-quality oncology care directly to patients in their homes. You’ll administer a range of haematology and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments, ensuring safe, compassionate, person-centred care.Alongside patient-facing work, you’ll also contribute to the development of other clinicians, helping to raise standards, build confidence, and embed best practice across services.Key Responsibilities- Administer chemotherapy treatments in line with patient care plans- Provide expert clinical assessment, IV therapy, cannulation, and phlebotomy- Support and mentor other clinicians to enhance service quality- Build long-term therapeutic relationships with patients and carers- Document clinical data and adverse events accurately and promptly- Travel independently across your regional area (full UK driving licence required)What We’re Looking For To thrive in this role, you will be:- NMC-registered- Fully competent in administering a range of chemotherapy drugs- Holder of a SACT Passport (preferred) or equivalent chemotherapy qualification- Experienced in oncology care within hospital or community settings- Skilled in IV administration, cannulation, phlebotomy, and clinical assessment- Passionate about person-centred care and supporting othersWhat’s in It for You?
