The business has grown quickly through strong organic content, community-led acquisition and a highly hands-on founder-led operating model.The company is now entering its next phase of growth and is looking for a Founder’s Associate to work directly with the CEO across strategy, operations, growth, sales and systems. You will be at the core of a pivotal growth operation, scaling from 70kMRR to 700k as one of the first hiresThe RoleThis is a highly dynamic, hands-on role working directly with the CEO. There is no fixed narrow scope — you will focus on the company’s most important priorities, bottlenecks and growth opportunities at any given time.You will help turn founder priorities into structured execution, build systems and processes, support commercial growth, improve operational discipline and work cross-functionally across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn strategic and operational projects end-to-end.Identify bottlenecks across the business and implement practical solutions.Build systems, dashboards, SOPs and processes that reduce founder dependency.Work across sales, marketing, operations and student/customer support.Support growth initiatives, conversion improvements and revenue predictability.Improve internal workflows, reporting and team accountability.Help translate ideas from the founder into clear actions, owners and timelines.Fight fires quickly and proactively before they become bigger issues.Support cross-functional execution across a fast-moving, high-performance environment.Keep internal comms smooth and consistent across product, growth, operations, and C-suiteWhat We’re Looking For1–5 years’ experience in a fast-paced startup, scale-up, consulting, founder’s office, strategy, operations, growth or commercial role.Strong evidence of ownership and proactivity.Comfortable operating in ambiguity with shifting priorities.Strong structured thinking and problem-solving ability.Ability to move quickly and execute without constant direction.Experience building systems, processes, dashboards or workflows.Commercial awareness and interest in growth, revenue and customer outcomes.Strong written and verbal communication.High attention to detail and high personal standards.Comfortable working closely with a demanding founder/CEO.This Role Suits Someone WhoEnjoys fast-moving, founder-led environments.Wants to be a future entrepreneur Likes solving messy business problems.Takes initiative before being asked.Can switch between strategy and execution.Wants broad exposure across the entire business.Is comfortable with high standards, pace and direct feedback.Cares about building something meaningful and commercially successful.Is a naturally high performerDoesn’t take feedback personally and uses it to growWants to see the impact of their work This Role Is Not For Someone WhoWants a predictable 9–5 role.Needs constant direction or a fixed job description.Only wants strategy without execution.Is uncomfortable with sales, growth, operations or customer-facing work.Prefers slow, highly structured corporate environments.Whats in it for you?Work 1-1 5 days per week and be coached by a Founder who scaled to £1.5m+ without funding in less than 2 yearsGenerous salary package up to £90,000 with up to 5% equityBe involved in decision making that will 10x topline revenue in the next yearAccess to veteran entrepreneurs through the Founders network If you are serious, please send your CV to crozero@hirehouse.co.uk along with why you are right for the role.
