Our dedicated team are here to help young people through their challenges and provide them with the tools and guidance they need every single day.Developing positive relationships with the young people in our care, their families and external agenciesContributing to the young persons care plans and any risk assessments, supporting with implementation and reviewsSupporting young people with daily activities, educational needs and emotional wellbeingEnsuring that good quality records are maintained as requiredPrevious experience is not a requirement for this role as we provide 1 week of classroom training followed by 1 week of shadow shifts to ensure that you feel confident and well equipped to start your new role !What we are looking for?We welcome applications from people who have previous experience in a childrens residential setting or similar rolePeople who have the ability to interact with young people and manage challenging behaviours calmlyA full UK driving licenceYou must also be over 21 years of age to meet industry regulationsLevel 3 / 4 Diploma in Childrens & Young Peoples workforce would be great

although this is not essentialFlexibility to work shifts including weekends, evenings and sleep-in duties on a rota basis – our shifts are 7:30am

11:00pm and sleep-ins 11:30pm
