Commercial Litigation Solicitor – Birmingham – Competitive Salary
The Role
A highly regarded, top-tier UK law firm is seeking to appoint a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its growing Birmingham office as part of a strategic expansion within its Disputes practice.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and ambitious team, offering the chance to play a key role in the continued growth of a highly regarded Commercial Litigation practice.
You will work alongside an established team of Partners and senior lawyers, advising a diverse and high-quality client base across a broad range of sectors, including commercial organisations, owner-managed businesses, and larger corporates.
The team handles a wide range of complex and high-quality disputes, including:
- Commercial contract disputes
- Shareholder, partnership, and director disputes
- Breach of restrictive covenants
- Defamation matters
- General commercial litigation
The Candidate
- A Commercial Litigation Solicitor with circa 1+ years’ PQE Associate, through to Principal Associate level
- Strong technical expertise across a range of commercial disputes
- Experience gained within a reputable regional or national firm, ideally within the West Midlands market
- A solid grounding in traditional commercial litigation matters
- Commercially aware, with strong client-handling and communication skills
- An interest in business development and contributing to team growth
