Lastminute Care & Nursing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced manager to help lead and develop our growing domiciliary care operations across the Wirral and Cheshire region from our Neston office.This is not a standard management role. We are building a strong long-term leadership team and are looking for someone who wants progression, responsibility, influence, and the opportunity to grow alongside the business.The OpportunityThe successful candidate will work closely alongside our Supported Living Manager, with both individuals operating as Registered Managers within the same location. This dual-management structure has been designed intentionally to create a stronger, more supportive operational environment.Both managers will support each other with service delivery, compliance, annual leave cover, sickness cover, operational pressures, and business development.
