Join one of London’s leading M&A practices and work on some of the market’s most complex and high-profile transactions.

Our client’s M&A team advises on sophisticated cross-border public and private M&A matters for listed companies, multinational organisations and financial sponsors across sectors including technology, financial services, fintech, pharmaceuticals, media and industrials.

The firm is seeking an Associate with 2-4 years’ post-qualification experience to join the London team. You will advise on complex domestic and international transactions, working closely with leading practitioners and high-profile clients.

Key Requirements:

• 2-4 years’ relevant UK PQE.
• Strong experience in public and private M&A transactions.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-border deals from inception to completion.
• Experience gained at a leading corporate/M&A practice.
• Commercially minded with strong client relationship skills.
• Strong academic credentials and commitment to high-quality work.
