Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Course Instructor located in Huddersfield, with the flexibility to work from home part-time. The Course Instructor will deliver high-quality training sessions across disciplines, ensuring participants gain required certifications and skills. Responsibilities include preparing and adapting course materials, conducting both theoretical and practical training sessions, evaluating participant performance, maintaining compliance with accreditation standards, and providing feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience in technical training, including delivering courses in Construction, Logistics, or Utilities sectors
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create and adapt training materials to suit participant needs
- Knowledge of compliance regulations and experience with certifications such as NPORS, CSCS, or related credentials
- Proficiency with technology and online training platforms
- Attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Relevant qualifications such as an instructional or teaching certification
- Experience in conducting assessments and generating actionable feedback
