Commercial Collector – Permanent, Full-Time

Location: Maidstone (Office Based)

Salary: £28,000 basic | £45,000 OTE

Hours: 9am–5pm (with discretionary flexibility)

Breaks: 10-minute morning & afternoon breaks

Job Purpose

• Maximise cash collections through inbound and proactive outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate early repayment of international and domestic debts
• Update debtor management systems accurately
• Recommend next steps to clients after failed collection attempts
• Escalate disputes to Client Services swiftly
• Maintain accurate records and workflows

Candidate Profile

We’re looking for someone with:

• A proven background in commercial credit control or B2B collections
• OR sales/customer service experience and a desire to move into collections
• Confidence on the phone and working to financial targets
