We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Order Processing Administrator to join our innovative and fast-paced business on a permanent basis. As a Sales Order Processing Administrator, you will be working within the Select Education (SE) team, a leading supplier of school science equipment and chemicals in the UK. As part of a busy Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for processing sales orders accurately and efficiently, received predominantly via several automated systems. Processing orders – both imported and manual Quality checking to ensure customer details and pricing is correct Ensuring all pre 4pm orders are processed for the day to a high standard Ensuring customer accounts are as up to date as possible, discussing with customer service team any changes required Using systems such as CRM and Netix portal as well as SLS’s bespoke order system. Confident with excel Being the leading independent distributor of laboratory supplies in the UK does not come easy.
