Our client is looking for a passionate and driven Deputy Manager to help lead a childrens residential home in Nottingham. What youll be doing Supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home Leading, motivating, and developing a dedicated care team Ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance Contributing to a therapeutic, child-centred model of care Stepping up to manage the home when required Playing an active role in shaping innovative approaches to care
