Design Co-ordinator | Hybrid/Remote Job at Bristol Full Time NEW

We are working with a well-established Building Services Consultancy seeking a BIM Coordinator to support the coordination and delivery of data-rich MEP Revit models across healthcare, education, commercial, residential, and leisure projects.

This role will involve working closely with multidisciplinary design teams to ensure models are coordinated, compliant, and aligned with project and client BIM standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage MEP Revit models throughout project delivery
• Set up and maintain project models, views, sheets, worksets, and templates
• Lead clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Manage
• Coordinate models with mechanical, electrical, public health, architectural, and structural teams
• Support BIM execution plans and digital delivery workflows
• Participate in internal and external design coordination reviews
• Support junior team members and promote BIM best practice
• Support teams using BIM 360 / ACC and information management processes

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit within an MEP / Building Services environment
• Experience coordinating BIM models on UK construction projects
• Experience using Navisworks Manage and BIM 360 / ACC
• Understanding of BIM standards, clash detection, and information management processes
• Previous experience within a Building Services, MEP, or multidisciplinary consultancy environment
• Strong communication and coordination skills
