Desktop Support Engineer London Bridge | £15,238 per annum | Part-time, Office-based
About the Role We are looking for a motivated and technically capable Desktop Support Engineer to join our team at our London Bridge office. We are a Managed Service Provider (MSP) and this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in IT support within a fast-paced environment, with real opportunities to develop into 3rd line support and cybersecurity.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to internal and external clients
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues on both Windows and Mac environments
- Setting up and configuring desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Managing user accounts and permissions
- Logging and tracking issues through a helpdesk ticketing system
- Visiting client sites as required to deliver on-site support
- Escalating complex issues where necessary
- Supporting the wider IT team on 3rd line projects as you develop
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT support role (essential)
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, macOS and Microsoft 365
- Comfortable travelling to client sites when required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a hunger to keep learning

Working Hours Tuesday to Thursday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (30 min unpaid lunch break)
