Overview
A printing company is recruiting an experienced digital print operator to manage the daily operation and maintenance of contemporary digital printing machinery.
Responsibilities
- Operate digital print machinery and adhere to production schedules.
- Minimise machine downtime and stoppages to maximise productivity.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Maintain high standards of quality and perform quality checking procedures.
- Adapt to new techniques and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience operating digital print machinery.
- IT competency, preferably familiarity with software such as Trueflow, Quadrant, or similar.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a flexible, open minded team.
Shift System
The role operates on a two shift rota: AM Mon Fri and PM Mon Thu, rotating weekly.
