The Role
As a DT Food Technology Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and practical Food Technology lessons to KS3 and KS4 students
- Plan and adapt lessons where required
- Maintain a positive and safe learning environment within practical classroom settings
- Support students in developing creativity, confidence, and key culinary skills
- Follow school behaviour and safeguarding policies at all times
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience teaching DT Food Technology in UK secondary schools
- Strong classroom management skills
- A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching
- A genuine passion for education and student progress
