At our organisation, we redefine executive and business support through exceptional problem-solving, proactive execution, and advanced integration of technology and AI. We partner with purpose-led leaders who value strategic collaborators capable of swiftly turning complexity into clarity and challenges into opportunities.
You are highly tech-savvy and naturally leverage tools, including AI, to design, deliver, and scale impactful programs. Whether your background is in program management, operations, product, or enablement, you excel at driving clarity, alignment, and measurable outcomes across complex initiatives.
Join a culture that prioritises clarity, practical innovation, and the seamless integration of human intuition with technology and AI-driven efficiency.
Our client sits at the crossroads where people and change collide, and right now, that means AI.
They are a UK-based creative learning and enablement company on a mission to inspire, equip, and empower people through world-class training experiences. As they continue to push the boundaries of what learning can look like in the age of artificial intelligence, they are seeking a dynamic AI Experts Program Manager to join their growing Training & Enablement team.
This is more than a program management role. It’s an opportunity to shape the future of AI-powered learning at scale, owning the end-to-end delivery of their AI training program, driving operational excellence, and championing innovative ways to integrate AI tools into everything they do.
If you are a structured thinker with a genuine passion for AI, a talent for bringing people and processes together, and the drive to make a measurable impact, this is an opportunity to be part of something transformative.
You will be responsible for building and implementing four digital learning courses within an online learning platform, transforming provided source materials into high-quality, interactive e-learning modules ready for client review.
You’ll work closely with the wider project team to ensure all learning experiences are technically sound, visually consistent, and intuitive for learners.
