Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families? We are seeking a committed Early Years Practitioner to deliver high-quality, evidence-based early help services for children aged 0-9. You will work across Family Hubs, community venues, and family homes, helping children achieve positive learning, development, and wellbeing outcomes.

As an Early Years Practitioner, your key responsibilities will include:

• Planning and Delivering: Create engaging play and learning interventions aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Engaging Families: Work closely with expectant parents and families with children under three to support their development.
• Assessing Development: Conduct assessments, maintain accurate records, and contribute to evaluations to track progress.
• Promoting Inclusion: Support children with emerging or identified Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and engage with diverse families.
• Collaborating: Work alongside partner agencies to reduce inequalities and improve outcomes for children and families.

To Succeed In This Role, You Will Need

• A minimum of two years’ experience working with children aged 0-5 and their families.
• An NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent).
• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
• Knowledge of safeguarding children and vulnerable adults, child development, and the importance of early intervention.
