⚖️ Employment Solicitor – Associate Level

📍 Hybrid Working | UK & International Exposure

💰 £70,000 Salary

We’re currently partnering with a unique international law firm with offices across the UK and US, specialising in equality and anti-discrimination law, to recruit an experienced Employment Solicitor at Associate level.

This is a rare opportunity to join a highly respected practice working on meaningful, high-impact employment matters, supporting individuals through complex and sensitive cases while collaborating with leading lawyers across multiple jurisdictions.

🔹 The Role

This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you will:

• Manage a varied caseload of employment matters from instruction through to resolution

• Draft high-quality legal documentation, including Particulars of Claim and detailed submissions

• Conduct complex legal research to support case strategy

• Lead and support settlement negotiations, including high-value and sensitive claims

• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the UK and US offices

• Build trusted client relationships and guide clients through challenging matters

• Mentor and support junior members of the team

• Contribute to business development and wider firm initiatives

🔹 About You

• 4+ years’ PQE within employment law

• Strong litigation experience, ideally within the Employment Tribunal and/or High Court

• Solid understanding of discrimination law and the Equality Act 2010

• Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills

• Confident managing your own caseload autonomously

• Pragmatic, empathetic, and solutions-focused approach
