No previous sales or marketing experience? NO PROBLEM! We are looking for candidates with a sports-like mindset due to our internal promotion structure. Just like in the world of sports, we believe in developing players to reach their maximum potential through coaching and development rather than hiring based on just prior experiences.

What will you be doing?
- Report, generate and monitor sales on a daily basis.
- Be a part of our daily training and workshop sessions.
- Coach, mentor and develop like-minded individuals in the office.
- Attend networking events for various purposes.
- Manage communications between customers and clients

Due to the self-employed nature of the role, all candidates must have full eligibility to work in the UK without current or future sponsorship. We reward all our Marketing Associates with uncapped commission-only pay for each sale they generate, in most cases allowing people to make more than they did in previous roles in a matter of weeks.
