This is a PART-TIME vacancy, with shifts based over 2 days, and a wage starting at £13 per hour + commission!

What We Need:

As an Event Promoter at Dirty Martini, you will play a key role in building energy, awareness, and excitement around our events. This is a hands-on, guest-facing role that combines social media promotion, street engagement, flyering, and event support to help drive bookings, footfall, and atmosphere across the weekend.

You will use your online network to spread the word about upcoming events, greet and welcome guests through street promotion, carry out door-to-door and flyering activity, and support the team with event décor set-up to make sure every night looks and feels the part.

Responsibilities:

• Promote Dirty Martini events, offers, and experiences through your personal network and social media channels
• Carry out street promotion across the weekend to attract guests into the venue and build excitement around the night
• Support door-to-door promotion and flyering activity in key locations to raise awareness of upcoming events
• Greet and welcome guests in an engaging, energetic, and professional manner
• Represent the Dirty Martini brand confidently and positively at all times
• Help drive ticket sales, guest list sign-ups, bookings, and walk-in footfall where relevant
• Assist with event décor set-up and preparing the venue for themed nights, activations, and special events
• Work closely with the management team to understand weekly event priorities, promotional focus, and targets
• Provide feedback on guest reactions, local trends, and promotional opportunities seen while on shift
• Contribute to the overall atmosphere of the venue by bringing energy, personality, and strong guest engagement

Skills and Experience:

• A confident, outgoing, and approachable personality
• Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and online
• Comfortable starting conversations and engaging with new people
• A genuine interest in nightlife, events, and hospitality
• Previous experience in promotions, events, nightlife, sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Comfortable working evenings, late nights, and weekends
• Able to use social media effectively to help promote events and generate interest
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive, with a hands-on attitude
• Well presented and able to represent the Dirty Martini brand professionally
• Happy to work outdoors when needed for street promotion and flyering
• A team player who is willing to support the wider venue team where needed
