Executive Officer, Directorate (Maternity cover)
Join The Courtauld as Executive Officer, Directorate, and play a pivotal role in supporting the Märit Rausing Director and enabling the organisation to achieve its ambitious strategic goals.
This is a fantastic fixed‑term opportunity to work at senior level, gaining exposure to a wide range of executive, operational and project‑based activity. You will be central to the smooth running of the Directorate, working closely with senior stakeholders across the Institute and contributing to major institutional priorities during an exciting period of change and transformation.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a highly organised, proactive and confident professional with substantial experience in a similar executive or senior administrative role. You will be comfortable working with senior leaders, handling sensitive and confidential matters, and balancing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
If you bring strong communication skills, sound judgement, financial literacy and a genuine interest in the arts and higher education, we would love to hear from you.
Role Details
Fixed‑term to 31 August 2027 (Maternity cover) | Full‑time | Hybrid, 4 days on site | Salary: Grade 6, £45,088 per annum
