Field Installation Technician (Refrigeration Units)
£35,000 – £45,000 + Door to Door Pay + Company Van + Fuel Card + Personal Use + Training

Are you a hands-on individual with a background in electrics, commercial fitting, or a similar trade, looking to join one of the UK’s leading refrigeration manufacturers and suppliers?
This is an opportunity to become part of a specialist refrigeration manufacturer and solutions provider, building a reputation as one of the most forward-thinking names in commercial cooling, designing and manufacturing innovative refrigeration systems and bespoke cooling solutions for leading supermarket chains across the UK.
The role involves installing refrigeration units nationwide, including collecting cabinets from the workshop, delivering them to site, and carrying out fitting and installation work with a strong attention to detail. Hotel accommodation and meal allowances are provided where required.
The ideal candidate will have experience in fridge case fitting or a similar hands-on role. You should be confident using tools and handling large equipment. Full health and safety training will be provided, along with the opportunity to gain a 7.5-tonne driving licence.
The Role
- Delivery and installation of refrigeration units
- Fit accessories, trims, and peripheral components
- Assemble, configure, and prepare refrigerated display cabinets
- UK wide travel, 1 – 2 nights away per week
The Person
- Background in commercial fridge installation or similar
- Full UK driving license
