Job Title: Field Service Engineer (EPOS)
Location: Suffolk
Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/week, 5 days over 7 including alternate weekends)
Salary: £26,500 + Company Vehicle + Benefits
Looking to Build a Career in IT Field Service
A well-established provider of IT services to major UK retail and hospitality brands is expanding and seeking a Field Service Engineer. This role suits someone who is reliable, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a hands-on environment.
Direct EPOS experience isn t essential. Candidates with previous field service or customer-facing experience, a valid driving licence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are encouraged to apply.

The Role:
- Attend customer sites to install, maintain, or replace retail IT equipment
- Deliver high standards of customer service while maintaining a professional image
- Manage stock and parts from a company vehicle
- Complete tasks using a mobile job management system
- Support project rollouts and attend training sessions as required
What You ll Need:
- Previous field-based or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable using IT systems and following structured processes
- Full UK driving licence
