Zachary Daniels are recruiting First Line IT Support for a fast growing, award winning retailer in Stockport. This a Monday – Friday role, with a basic salary of up to £28,000 plus additional benefits and guaranteed bonuses!!
We are looking for a friendly and proactive individual to join their IT team as a First Line Support Analyst.

The Role of the First Line IT Support:
*Provide first-line technical support to users across multiple sites and a growing online customer base
*Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, escalating where necessary
*Support and maintain business applications and network infrastructure
*Assist with system design, testing and ongoing IT projects
*Deliver support via phone, email and occasional on-site visits
The ideal candidate:
*Genuine interest in IT
*Enjoy problem solving
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills
*Highly motivated and ambitious
*A self starter with a can do attitude
