What you will do

• Architect and ship full stack AI features and agentic workflows using Python, FastAPI/Django, and React to automate complex risk engineering processes.
• Lead on premise enterprise deployments using Docker and manage technical relationships with client IT and infosec teams across multiple international regions.
• Drive critical architectural decisions and establish high output development processes that scale the engineering team’s delivery capabilities by 10x.

The ideal candidate

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with expert level Python skills and a proven track record of shipping products from scratch to real users.
• Extensive experience with enterprise grade deployments, including hands on expertise with Docker, networking, and infrastructure debugging in production client environments.
• Highly productive with modern AI development tools and LLM integrations, possessing the communication skills to represent the engineering team in high stakes customer meetings.
